Mind Engine is free to download and play. By using it, you accept these terms. The game is meant for people aged 13 and over.

The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, without guaranteeing it is always available or error-free. Daily challenges, leaderboards and friend features may change or stop.

Account

The account is optional. Your nickname is visible to your friends, to players who have your code, in the daily challenge rankings, and in the world leaderboard if you join it. It must not be offensive or discriminatory, or impersonate someone else. We may rename or delete an account that breaks these rules or abuses the service (mass sending, cheating). You can block a player and delete your account at any time.

Coins and purchases

Coins are the game’s virtual currency. You get them by playing (quests, chest, referrals), by watching an ad, or by buying them on Android, through Google Play. They are only used for hints and streak freezes. They have no cash value, can’t be traded and aren’t refunded, except where the law provides otherwise.

The price shown at the time of purchase applies.

Google Play

Google Play sells and collects the purchase, under its own terms. Refunds are requested from Google Play.

Delivery and right of withdrawal

Coins are digital content delivered as soon as payment is confirmed: by buying, you ask for this immediate delivery and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If something goes wrong, write to us: we always look for a solution.

Lost coins

Coins you buy are kept with your progress: on the device, and on your account if you have one. Write to us with your Google Play order number: we’ll see what we can do.

Intellectual property

The Mind Engine name, Filou, the illustrations, sounds and code belong to the publisher. Freely licensed music remains the property of its authors. The Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution.
