Coins and purchases

I paid but didn’t get my coins

Reopen the game while online: the purchase is credited at startup, only once. Still nothing after a day? Write to us with the Google Play order number.

How do I earn coins without paying?

With the daily quests and their chest, rewarded ads (+10 coins, 5 a day, on Android) and referrals: 200 coins when a friend who typed your code has played 3 days.

Getting a refund

Ask for it from your Google Play order history.

Saving

New phone: how do I keep my progress?

Create your account (Profile): your progress is saved on it. On a new Android phone, Play Games finds your account by itself. Otherwise, and on the web version, tap “I already have an account” on the first screen and type your recovery code (Profile → Recovery code, on the old device).

I lost my streak

A streak freeze saves a missed day: buy it in the shop with coins. A lost streak can’t be recovered.

Friends and challenges

Where is my friend code?

In the Friends tab, at the top of the page. Give it to your friend: they add you with it, in their own Friends tab.

My friend can’t see my challenge

They need the latest version of the app, and they must be on your friends list. A challenge lasts 7 days.

How do I show up on the world leaderboard?

In Friends › Leaderboards › World, tap “Join”. Your nickname and avatar become visible to everyone; you can leave whenever you like. Among friends, the leaderboard is automatic.

My data

Your account: view or delete it

Your account is on our server: your nickname, avatar, friend code, the copy of your progress, your records and points, friends, challenges, rankings and daily challenge results.

Delete from the app

Open Profile › My account, then Delete my account. Everything is erased from the server right away; the progress on this device stays.

Without access to the app

Write to us with your friend code. We delete your account, or send you a copy of your data, within 30 days.

On Android, Play Games only keeps your account’s key, to find it again on a new phone. Details are in the privacy policy.
